Rules & content policy

SKINRANK is a single public leaderboard. Every listing is a photo with a handle and an optional link, backed by a real-money bid. Listings are ordered by bid amount — the highest bid holds #1.

• The minimum first-time bid is $1.
• To take a rank from someone, your bid must beat that listing's bid by at least $1 — on every rank, including #1. Matching a bid exactly does not displace anyone.
• When you're outbid, your listing is never removed — it slides down to whatever rank its existing bid still supports.
• You can top up your own listing at any time through your secret manage link. You only pay the difference you add.
• If two bids land at the same moment, one atomic database transaction decides placement — both payments apply, and each listing lands exactly where its bid ranks.

SKINRANK is a paid-placement display board. You are paying for placement on a public leaderboard — nothing else. There is no prize, no payout, no drawing, and no element of chance.

• No gambling, wagering, raffles, or chance-based mechanics of any kind.
• No skins-as-currency, deposits, or item trading on this site.
• Payments are final. Placement is the product; outbidding by others does not entitle you to a refund.

• A real, completed payment is required for a listing to appear.
• No NSFW, illegal, hateful, or scam content. No gambling or wagering promotion of any kind, including in linked pages.
• Links should point to your own Steam trade URL, marketplace page, or social profile (Twitch, X, etc.).
• No link shorteners and no chat/invite links (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and similar). Tracking parameters (utm, fbclid, etc.) are stripped automatically.
• Clicks on your listing's link are counted and shown publicly — your bid buys measurable traffic.
• Any listing may be hidden or removed at the operator's discretion, including for policy violations. Removed listings are not refunded.

After paying, you get a one-time secret link to your listing's manage page. It's the only way to top up your bid — there are no accounts. Save it somewhere safe; if you lose it, it can't be recovered.
